My older brother and I listed our mothers home 19 Church st Mayfield ,after she went into aged care with Bill, Joanne Borrelli and their very professional team beginning of April this year. From the very first meeting with Bill's staff, Bill and Joanne, we were made to feel welcome and put at ease all the unknown to us, in the whole step by step process of preparing our mums property for auction set for 11 May 2024 to get the best price result we very much needed to sort out mother's legal affairs and future needs. No matter what we asked or how often of Bill or his staff through the whole process from start to settlement, we always received the upmost courteous, very experienced professional service. He delivered everything he said he would do being in the preparation, presentation, marketing, photos, constant pre and after communications to ourselves and in reaching out to possible buyers like he said he would, the statistics, finally the auction and completion of settlement details. My brother and I have had a tenants in common rental property bought from BQNRE and then managed by them for the past 13 years. I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service and professionalism provided by all the staff.
